Delivery

Deliveries are generally available June thru October to select cities. Only order if you live in one of these locations. We deliver to each location on the same day every week:

Manistee (Saturdays), Ludington (Fridays), Pentwater (Mondays), Interlochen & Traverse City (Sundays)

If you do not live within city limits, you order will not be delivered and you will be refunded.

Deliveries are wrapped in a plastic bag or cardboard box and placed outside your door. You are notified by text message when your order is delivered. You may need to refrigerate an item shortly thereafter.

Product Availability and Pricing

All products are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or inaccurate product descriptions.

Payment and Shipping

After an order is delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility. Fresh produce can spoil quickly.

Returns and Refunds

We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that our products will meet your expectations or be free from defects. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
